Machine Operator/Assembler

Location: Hilliard, OH/ Lewis Center, OH / Altavista, VA

RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE AND EFFICIENT OPERATION OF DESIGNATED MACHINERY WHILE PRODUCING FINISHED PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH CUSTOMER STANDARDS.

Role and Responsibilities
-Required to operate assigned machinery
-Will be required to read and understand documents.
-Keep Supervisor informed of press operations
-Lift/stack parts according to customer requirements
-Responsible for verifying the accuracy of all completed work.
-Monitor part quality – responsible for bringing any quality issues to their supervisor.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Expectations
-Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for extended period of time.
-Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
-Must be able to keep up with machine cycle.
-Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
-Capable of repetitious work.
-Must understand and comply with company rules and safety regulations.
Qualifications
-Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation standards, and check sheets.
-Must be able to work well with others in a “team” environment.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Good hand and eye coordination.
-Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

Mold Technician

Location: Hilliard, OH

The Mold Technician will be responsible for changing molds for multiple Plastic Injection Molding machines ranging from 30 to 300 ton. The Mold Technician will provide installation and maintenance to multiple machines to ensure production quality, efficiency and safety.

Role and Responsibilities
-Perform mold changes on machines, both installation and removal
-Perform set-up of injection molds
-Troubleshoot machine and mold complications
-Strong attention to detail
-Adherence to all safety requirements
-Mold maintenance
-The ability to operate a Fork Lift and Overhead Hoist
-Job duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements
-Prior mold or die maintenance desirable
-Fork Lift experience desirable
-Overhead Hoist experience desirable

Required Experience
-Plastic Injection Molding 3-5 years
-Mold Setting 3-5 years
